Product Introduction
UPGM203 is known as GPO-3 which was made of fiberglass and polyester resin , the fiberglass was impregnated in polyester resin blended the aluminium hydroxide material
and then press under the high temperature & pressure by machine.
This material with so many advantages such as weather fastness , low smoke , non-poisonous , UL94-V0 flame retardant rating , halogen- free , arc＞180seconds .
Weather fastness :
This material can maintain good performance at both high and low temperatures. For example, some of our customers are working on the Qinghai-Tibet railway project.
In winter, the temperature on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau can be as low as -55℃ , which requires our materials to maintain excellent electrical and mechanical properties
in such a low temperature for a long time. In terms of high temperature resistance, the temperature resistance grade of this material is F grade.
Some customers are doing photovoltaic projects in desert areas, and they require materials to maintain excellent electrical and mechanical properties in desert environment which our materials can meet the requirements.
Low smoke , non-toxic and UL94-V0 flame retardant rating:
The low smoke, non-toxic and flame retardant properties of the material are very important in rail transit industry, this material is widely used in subway and high-speed rail projects.
Subway and high-speed rail carriage are densely populated areas. Once a fire breaks out, smoke and toxic gases produced by the products will spread rapidly in high-speed subway and
high-speed rail carriage while running , posing a great threat to the safety of passengers.
Halogen- free :
The material is halogen-free. Halogens include fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, astatine, and so on. If the human body is exposed to halogen substances for a long time,
it will harm human health. Therefore, most developed countries in Europe and North America have strict regulations on the halogen content of materials. Our materials have passed halogen free
test and obtained the test report.
Arc＞180seconds:
Arc ＞180seconds is a very important index in the field of insulating materials, in transformers, switch cabinets, inverters and other electrical products are very high requirements for arc resistance.
These cabinets in the process of operation, due to the high voltage will produce arc, if the arc resistance is not qualified, the insulation material will be carbonized under the impact of the arc,
it caused in the loss of insulation performance of insulation materials and insulation sheet by arc breakdown, damage to the whole equipment.
